The 1441-9BK3 is the satin black version of the low-profile 8 in x 4 in x 1 in chassis in the 1441 Series. With a height of only 1 in, it is aimed at slim builds, and the satin black finish suits projects where the chassis is on show.
It is made of spot welded 20 gauge steel (0.036 in per the drawing) and finished in satin black powder paint. Nominal size is 8 in x 4 in x 1 in (203 mm x 102 mm x 25 mm).

Enclosures can be factory modified by milling, drilling or printing, and STEP or IGES solid models are available. The 1441-9BK3 is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships shrink wrapped and has a shipping weight of 0.64 lbs (0.29 kg). The grey version is 1441-9, and the 2 in high version of this footprint is 1441-10BK3.
