The 1441-10BK3 is an 8 in x 4 in x 2 in steel chassis finished in satin black powder paint. It is the black counterpart of the grey 1441-10 and pairs with satin black accessories to make a fully black enclosure for classic and tube-style electronics.
Construction is spot welded, heavy duty 20 gauge steel, specified as 0.036 in steel on the drawing. The nominal size is 8 in x 4 in x 2 in (203 mm x 102 mm x 51 mm).

The chassis includes 1/8 in holes to allow installation of the optional bottom plate. Hardware is not provided: the drawing lists 1421J6BK black cover screws and 1421J6 natural finish cover screws, each a package of six 6-32 x 1/4 in self-tapping screws. Rubber feet are sold separately.
The factory can modify these enclosures (milling, drilling, printing), and solid models are available in STEP or IGES. The 1441-10BK3 is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships shrink wrapped and has a shipping weight of 0.86 lbs (0.39 kg).
