The SDC249U36BK is a 9U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built to securely house 19-inch rack equipment in space-constrained environments where protection, organization and accessibility matter. It suits IT, telecom and edge network deployments handled by integrators, low-voltage contractors and facilities teams who need a lockable, dust-resistant home for switches, patching and small servers without giving up floor space.

Construction is 16-gauge steel for the frame, cover and doors, with 12-gauge rails carrying integrated rack unit markings for fast, accurate equipment placement. This part number ships with square-hole rails that use 10-32 cage nuts, and it is finished in RAL9005 Black textured powder coat — a GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant low-emitting finish suited to indoor installations. Static load ratings are up to 150 lb when wall or ceiling mounted and 800 lb freestanding.

An accessory panel supports 2.5", 2.0", 1-3/4", 1-3/8", 1-1/8" and 7/8" conduit knockouts, and fan knockouts allow optional fan kits for active cooling.
