The RZ0269 is a long-format RZ Series water-tight enclosure measuring 7.87 in x 4.72 in x 2.95 in (200 mm x 120 mm x 75 mm). Its elongated body suits long P.C. boards and rows of DIN rail mounted components, for engineers building sealed control and distribution electronics.
It is light gray RAL7035 polycarbonate with a smooth surface, rated UL94 V-2 and specified for -40 °C to +130 °C, with polycarbonate suggested for outdoor use. The gasketed lid uses two-piece tongue & groove construction to protect against oil, dust and water, and the enclosure is designed to meet IP65. Lid screws are self-captivating, and corrosion resistant hardware is used in assembly.
The drawing shows 68.50 mm [2.70 in] of inside height and 112.01 mm [4.41 in] of inside width. The maximum P.C. board size is 191.09 mm x 111.09 mm, mounted on internal points that accept M3 self-tapping screws and are designed for boards or DIN rail. For wall installation, through box-blind hole construction keeps the mounting holes outside the gasket perimeter.
