Hammond RRLPDOL Low Profile 2-Post Relay Rack Dolly, 1080 lb

The RRLPDOL is a low profile transportation base (dolly) for 2-post relay racks, giving integrators, AV installers and facilities teams a way to roll a loaded open-frame rack across a room without dismantling it. It is designed for DNRR heavy duty and RRAL aluminum relay racks and works with any width relay rack.

Construction is mild steel, and the assembly rides on four swivel casters with ball bearing swivels and hard composition wheels measuring 3.00 in (76 mm) in diameter. All four casters are lockable with side brakes included, so the rack can be parked and held in place once positioned. The casters are supplied as a set of four, one pair per side, and all mounting hardware for both the casters and the rack is included.

Overall dimensions are 4.13 in (105 mm) high by 27.50 in (699 mm) deep, and because of the low profile design the RRLPDOL adds only 1.25 in (32 mm) to the overall height of the rack it supports, raising the relay rack off the floor by that amount. Weight capacity is 1,080 lbs (490 kg). The dolly itself weighs 32 lb (14.5 kg), with a shipping weight of 34 lbs (15.42 kg).

RRLPDOL is listed as compatible with DNRRHDW, RB-2P, RB-2PS and RB-2PA. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA compliant per the supplied standards data, and made in Canada. Relay racks are sold separately.
