RP1385BFC pairs a light gray ABS base with a clear lid in the 186 x 146 x 110 mm (7.32 x 5.75 x 4.33 in) size of the RP Series With Bottom Flange. It is the clear-lid ABS option for projects that need the full 110 mm height, such as boards with tall components or extra wiring, while keeping indicators visible from outside. The integral bottom flange mounts directly to a surface.
A gasketed lid with two piece "tongue & groove" construction protects the contents from oil, dust and water, and the enclosure is designed to meet IP65. The included rubber gasket is field installed. The lid is secured with self captivating M3.5 stainless steel machine screws (included) threaded into corrosion resistant bushings, which supports repeated servicing. The ABS carries a UL94 HB flame rating.
The drawing shows 177.51 mm inside length, 137.51 mm inside width and 103.33 mm inside height, an overall flanged length of 219.95 mm, and 5.20 mm diameter mounting holes on 205.00 mm centres. The PC board posts accept M3 self-tapping screws, and the maximum board size is 173 x 134 mm.
RP1385BFC is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships in a bag at 1.15 lbs (0.52 kg). Inner panels STC128 (plastic) and STA128 (aluminum), gasket 2-pack RP128GASKET and 50-piece screw packs SC619-50 and SC622-50 are listed for this size.
