RH3155A is the battery-door version of the 165 x 82 x 32.5 mm (series table) RH Series hand-held enclosure, nominally 6.5 x 3.15 x 1.26 in (165 x 80 x 32 mm). It is intended for battery-powered hand-held equipment that benefits from a deeper body and a dedicated battery access door.
The case is light gray general purpose ABS with a light texture, and the material carries a UL94 HB flammability rating. A lap joint provides some protection against dust accumulation and splashing water, and the front panel is removable for modification. Cover screws are M3-0.5 x 20 mm (SC610-50), and the series describes M3 machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings for applications with repetitive assembly and disassembly.
Boards up to 129.27 x 73.14 mm mount on molded standoffs in both halves using M2.6 self-tapping screws. Supplied with the box, lid, 4 PCB screws, end panel, battery door and 4 lid screws; recommended torque is (43-50) Ozf.in / (30-35) cN.m.
