RH3145A is the 140 x 82 x 25.5 mm (series table) RH Series hand-held enclosure fitted with a battery door. Its nominal size on the part page is 5.51 x 3.15 x 0.98 in (140 x 80 x 25 mm). It is a fit for battery-powered hand-held products that need a slim body and a separate battery access panel.
The enclosure is molded in light gray general purpose ABS with a light texture, and the material carries a UL94 HB flammability rating. Lap joint construction provides some protection from dust accumulation and splashing water, and the front panel is removable for easy modification.
Molded P.C. board standoffs in both halves accept M2.6 self-tapping screws. The assembly includes the box, lid, 4 PCB screws, end panel, battery door and 4 lid screws, tightened to (43-50) Ozf.in / (30-35) cN.m.
Replacement lid screws are SC520-50 and PCB screws SC519-50, and the drawing lists the CP-001G nylon belt clip kit. RH3145A weighs 0.2 lbs (0.09 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant. Without a battery door, order RH3145. Factory modification (milling, drilling, printing) is available on request, and solid models can be supplied in .stp or .x_t.
