Hammond RCSC19042WDBK1 24U Vented Acrylic Window Locking Cabinet Door

The RCSC19042WDBK1 is a locking front door with a vented acrylic window, made exclusively for use with the Hammond RCSC knockdown rack cabinet series. It suits a cabinet panel height of 42.00 in (1067 mm), equal to 24U of usable rack space, and is intended for IT, AV and OEM installations where equipment needs to stay visible and secured at the same time.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel finished in textured RAL9005 black powder paint. The door assembly combines a modified plexi/vented steel door panel with a clear 18.00 x 39.00 in acrylic window, held by two vertical window clamps and two horizontal plexi glass clamps. Ventilation slots measuring 0.28 x 1.00 in are punched around the window area to assist airflow to mounted equipment, and two stick-on rubber bumper feet are included.

Overall door dimensions per the drawing are 44.28 in (1125 mm) high by 23.69 in (602 mm) wide, with a 17.00 in (432 mm) reference width and a 0.70 in (18 mm) depth profile; the visible window area measures 38.00 in (965 mm) in height. Shipping weight is 27 lbs (12.25 kg).

Two snap-in door hinge bodies allow the door to be mounted without bolting from inside the cabinet, and the hinges can be fitted on the left or right side to suit the room layout. A wing knob lock with LOC13390 cam is factory installed and supplied with two keys, and door mounting hardware is included.
