Hammond RCSC1904236BK1 24U Knock-Down Server Cabinet, 36 in Deep

The RCSC1904236BK1 is a 24U knock-down server rack cabinet from the RCSC Series, built for SOHO setups, small IT and server rooms, homelabs, AV systems and distributed network equipment. It suits integrators, electricians, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need equipment protection beyond an open-frame rack in a compact footprint.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with 14-gauge EIA-310 square-hole mounting rails, finished in RAL9005 black powder coat that meets GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS requirements. The rail type is square hole with 10-32 cage nuts, and two pairs of infinitely adjustable rails ship with starter mounting hardware. The cabinet is shipped knocked down for handling ease and protection, which makes moving it through doorways, stairs and tight installation areas far simpler.

Nominal overall size is 46 in x 24 in x 36 in (1,168 mm x 610 mm x 914 mm), with the drawing showing 46.28 in (1176 mm) overall height and a 42.03 in (1068 mm) 24U panel. Usable mounting space is 42.00 in (1067 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 34.42 in (874 mm) deep, with 19.09 in (485 mm) of usable interior width. Shipping weight is 158 lbs (71.67 kg), and the series is rated for a 1,500 lb load capacity.

Cable and airflow provisions include a 1.50 x 10.00 in gland opening knockout, a 4 in muffin fan cut-out or cable pass-thru knockout, a 3 in x 3 in bottom cable pass-thru knockout, 2.00 x 3.00 in double knockouts (2 per side) and cable-tie lances (5 per side). Mounting holes are provided for optional casters, and 5/16-18 threaded holes are included. Two RCSC1904236BK1 cabinets can be stacked using the optional RCSCBAY baying kit.
