Hammond RCSC19021WDBK1 12U Vented Acrylic Window Locking Cabinet Door

The RCSC19021WDBK1 is a locking front door from the RCSCD Series, made exclusively for use with the RCSC cabinet series. It suits a cabinet panel height of 21.00 in (533 mm), equal to 12U of rack-mount space, and is the vented acrylic window version of the door — combining a clear viewing panel with ventilation slots so equipment stays visible and airflow is maintained. IT and AV integrators, OEM engineers and facilities teams use it to close in and secure a knockdown rack cabinet build.

Construction is 16-gauge steel (mild steel) finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The door assembly includes a modified plexi/vented door panel, an 18.00 x 18.00 plexi window retained by four horizontal plexiglass clamps, a wing knob lock with LOC13390 cam, two door hinge bodies and two stick-on rubber bumper feet. Ventilation slots are 0.28 x 1.00 as shown on the drawing.

Installation is straightforward: the snap-in hinges can be mounted without bolting on from inside the cabinet, and they can be fitted on the left or right side to suit how the cabinet is positioned. An installed lock with two keys and the door mounting hardware are included, so RCSC19021WDBK1 arrives ready to hang.
