Hammond RCHV1902831BK1 16U Vented Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The RCHV1902831BK1 is a 16U rack cabinet with vented sides from the RCH Series, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control and automation systems, and small IT or lab setups that need airflow and flexible configuration. It accepts standard 19-inch rack equipment and ships knocked down for easier transport, handling and installation in constrained spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The vented side panels support passive cooling, while the open cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors so the enclosure can be configured for the access and ventilation the application requires.

Overall dimensions are 30.00 in x 21.00 in x 31.50 in (762 mm x 533 mm x 800 mm), providing 16U of usable mounting height (28.00 in / 711 mm), a 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width and 30.25 in (768 mm) of usable depth. Shipping weight is 92 lbs (41.73 kg).

Assembly is straightforward thanks to a self-squaring design and minimal hardware; the kit includes the top and bottom panel assemblies, two knock-down sides, four punched combo rails and the required bolts, spring nuts and M6 screws. RCHV1902831BK1 is manufactured in Canada, is TAA and USMCA compliant, and is REACH and RoHS compliant. This product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted. An optional caster kit is available to add mobility.
