Hammond RCHV1902824BK1 16U Vented Rack Cabinet, 24.5 in Deep

The RCHV1902824BK1 is a 16U vented-side rack cabinet from the RCH knock-down series, intended for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control panels, labs and small IT or network setups. It ships unassembled (knock-down) for easier transport and handling, and assembles into a ventilated cabinet that accepts standard 19-inch equipment.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with a textured black RAL9005 powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The series is rated for an 800 lb load, and the self-squaring design allows quick assembly with minimal hardware. PVC non-marking feet protect finished surfaces and two plastic lifting handles assist with positioning. Per the manufacturer, this product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.

Overall dimensions are 30.00 in x 21.00 in x 24.50 in (762 mm x 533 mm x 622 mm) with a shipping weight of 67.99 lbs (30.84 kg). Usable mounting space measures 28.00 in (711 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 23.25 in (591 mm) deep, giving 16U of rack space with a 17.81 in (452 mm) front opening and 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting reference.

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails are supplied, along with a starter pack of 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws. Optional panels, doors, additional rail pairs and caster kits are available within the RCH range, so RCHV1902824BK1 can be configured for open airflow or closed, secured access. The cabinet is USMCA and REACH compliant, TAA-compliant, made in Canada, and classified ECCN EAR99.
