Hammond RCHV1901431BK1 8U Vented-Side Knock-Down Rack Cabinet, 31.5" Deep

RCHV1901431BK1 is an 8U rack cabinet with vented sides from the RCH knock-down series, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems, and small IT or lab equipment that needs airflow and simple configuration. The vented side panels support passive cooling, while the open cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors so the configuration can be adapted to the install.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet ships knocked down for easier handling and protection, and the self-squaring design allows quick assembly with minimal hardware. PVC non-marking feet protect finished floors and two black plastic handles assist lifting and placement.

Overall dimensions are 16.00 in (406 mm) high x 21.00 in (533 mm) wide x 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, giving 8U of usable mounting height (14.00 in / 356 mm) with a 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width and 30.25 in (768 mm) of usable depth. The 19-inch mounting opening measures 17.81 in (452 mm).

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole rails are supplied (four punched combo rails), along with a starter pack of 16 10-32 screws and clip nuts. Additional mounting rail pairs (RCHR1914) and matching 14.00 in doors are available within the series, as is an optional caster kit. RCHV1901431BK1 is manufactured in Canada, is TAA- and USMCA-compliant, and is REACH and RoHS compliant. Note that this product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.
