Hammond RCHV1901424BK1 8U 24.5in Deep Vented Rack Cabinet, 800 lb

The RCHV1901424BK1 is an 8U rack cabinet with vented sides from the RCH Series, built for mounting 19-inch equipment in AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems, labs and small IT or network setups. Its vented side panels support passive cooling, making it suited to installations where airflow and easy access matter more than a sealed enclosure.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load capacity, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet ships knocked down for easier handling and protection, and the self-squaring design allows quick assembly with minimal hardware. Two black plastic lifting handles and PVC non-marking feet are part of the design for mobility and surface protection.

Overall dimensions are 16 in x 21 in x 24.5 in (406 mm x 533 mm x 622 mm), giving 8U of usable mounting height (14.00 in / 356 mm), 19.00 in (483 mm) usable mounting width and 23.25 in (591 mm) usable mounting depth. The front opening measures 17.81 in (452 mm) wide with a 19-inch mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm).
