Hammond RCHV1901424LG1 8U Vented Rack Cabinet, 24.5 in Deep, 800 lb

The RCHV1901424LG1 is an 8U rack cabinet with vented sides, built for mounting 19-inch equipment in AV, laboratory, test and light IT environments where airflow and simple configuration matter. It ships knocked down for easier handling and protection, and assembles with a self-squaring design using minimal hardware.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat. The series finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Included in the assembly are a top panel, bottom panel, two knock-down sides, four punched combo rails, two black plastic handles and the assembly fasteners. PVC non-marking feet and lifting handles support mobility and surface protection. This product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.

Overall dimensions are 16.00 in (406 mm) high x 21.00 in (533 mm) wide x 24.50 in (622 mm) deep, giving 8U of usable mounting height at 14.00 in (356 mm), 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width and 23.25 in (591 mm) usable depth. The drawing shows a 19-inch mounting reference of 18.35 in (466 mm) and a front opening of 17.81 in (452 mm). Shipping weight is 56 lbs (25.40 kg).

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails accept standard rack equipment, and 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws are supplied as a starter pack. Optional panels, doors, additional rail pairs and caster kits are offered within the RCH series. RCHV1901424LG1 is manufactured in Canada, TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant.
