Hammond RCHS1902231BK1 13U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

RCHS1902231BK1 is a 13U rack cabinet with solid sides from the RCH knock-down series, intended for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems, labs and small IT or network setups that need 19-inch equipment mounting with flexible configuration. It ships unassembled (knock-down) for easier handling, transport and protection, and assembles with a self-squaring design using minimal hardware.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The structure comprises a top panel assembly, bottom panel assembly, two solid knock-down sides and four punched combo rails, plus two black plastic lifting handles and the 1/4-20 bolts, 1/4-20 spring nuts and M6 screws needed for assembly. PVC non-marking feet help protect finished floors.

Overall dimensions are 24.75 in (629 mm) high x 21.00 in (533 mm) wide x 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, giving 13U of rack space. Usable mounting dimensions are 22.75 in (578 mm) high x 19.00 in (483 mm) wide x 30.25 in (768 mm) deep, with an internal front opening of 17.81 in (452 mm) and a 19-inch mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm). Shipping weight is 81.99 lbs (37.19 kg).

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails are supplied, along with a starter pack of 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws. Optional panels, doors, additional rail pairs and caster kits are available within the series. RCHS1902231BK1 is TAA-compliant and manufactured in Canada, with RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliance and ECCN EAR99 for procurement documentation.
