Hammond RCHS1902224BK1 13U Solid-Side Knock-Down Rack Cabinet, 24.5" Deep

The RCHS1902224BK1 is a 13U rack cabinet with solid side panels, built for mounting standard 19-inch equipment in AV, test and measurement, industrial control and light IT environments. It belongs to Hammond's RCH Series of general-purpose knock-down rack cabinets rated at 800 lb, and ships unassembled to simplify transport, handling and installation in constrained spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat, a finish described by the manufacturer as GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet assembles from a top panel assembly, bottom panel assembly, two knock-down solid sides and four punched combo rails, using the supplied 1/4-20 bolts and spring nuts plus M6 screws. The self-squaring design allows quick assembly with minimal hardware, and two black plastic lifting handles plus PVC non-marking feet support moving and placement.

Overall dimensions are 24.75 in x 21.00 in x 24.50 in (629 mm x 533 mm x 622 mm), with usable mounting space of 22.75 in high (578 mm), 19.00 in wide (483 mm) and 23.25 in deep (591 mm). Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails accept 10-32 clip nuts, and a starter pack of 16 clip nuts and screws is included with this model.
