Hammond RCHS1901731LG1 10U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

RCHS1901731LG1 is a 10U, 31.5 in deep rack cabinet with solid sides, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems, labs and small IT or network setups. It accepts standard 19-inch rack equipment and ships knocked down for easier handling, transport and installation in constrained spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating for the RCH Series, finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat. The series powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Assembly uses a self-squaring design and minimal hardware, and the cabinet includes PVC non-marking feet and two black plastic lifting handles for mobility and surface protection.

Overall dimensions are 19.5 in x 21 in x 31.5 in (495 mm x 533 mm x 800 mm), with usable mounting dimensions of 17.50 in (445 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 30.25 in (768 mm) deep. The 19-inch mounting width measures 18.35 in (466 mm) with a 17.81 in (452 mm) opening, and the 10U front panel space measures 17.56 in (446 mm).

RCHS1901731LG1 ships with two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails (four punched combo rails) plus a starter pack of 16 10-32 clip nuts and screws. Optional panels, doors and an additional pair of mounting rails (RCHR1917 for 10U) allow flexible configuration, and optional caster kits are available. The cabinet is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America, USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant. Note that this product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.
