Hammond RCHS1901724BK1 10U Solid-Side Knock-Down Rack Cabinet, 24.5" Deep

The RCHS1901724BK1 is a 10U rack cabinet with solid side panels, built for mounting 19-inch equipment in AV, test and measurement, lab and light IT installations. It ships knocked down for easier transport and handling, then assembles with a self-squaring design using minimal hardware, which makes it practical for installs in constrained spaces such as equipment closets, control rooms and benches.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet includes PVC non-marking feet and two black plastic lifting handles to protect floors and aid positioning. This model is not designed or intended to be wall mounted.

Overall dimensions are 19.5 in x 21 in x 24.5 in (495 mm x 533 mm x 622 mm), with usable mounting space of 17.50 in (445 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 23.25 in (591 mm) deep. Equipment mounts to two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole combo rails (four rails supplied), and a starter pack of 16 10-32 clip nuts and screws is included. Rail type is round hole with 10-32 clip nut.

The open frame cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors so airflow and access can be configured to the application; matching 10U doors and an additional pair of mounting rails are available within the series, along with optional caster kits. RCHS1901724BK1 is TAA compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin Canada), and is USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant, supporting government and institutional procurement requirements.
