Hammond RCHS1901724LG1 10U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 24.5 in Deep

RCHS1901724LG1 is a 10U knock-down rack cabinet with solid sides, built for mounting standard 19-inch equipment in AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems, small IT and network setups, and lab or development environments. It ships unassembled for easier transport and handling, and assembles with a self-squaring design using minimal hardware.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant). Overall dimensions are 19.50 in x 21.00 in x 24.50 in (495 mm x 533 mm x 622 mm), with usable mounting dimensions of 17.50 in (445 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 23.25 in (591 mm) deep. Shipping weight is 60 lbs (27.22 kg).

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails are supplied, along with a starter pack of 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws. The cabinet includes a top panel assembly, bottom panel assembly, two knock-down side panels, four punched combo rails, two black plastic lifting handles and the assembly hardware shown on the drawing. PVC non-marking feet help protect finished floors.

The open frame cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors so RCHS1901724LG1 can be configured for ventilation or controlled access; a matching 10U door (RCHD1917LG1 in light gray or RCHD1917BK1 in black) and an additional pair of mounting rails (RCHR1917) are available, as are optional caster kits. This product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.

The cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (Country of Origin: CA), USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant, with ECCN EAR99.
