Hammond RCHS1901717LG1 10U Solid-Side Knock-Down Rack Cabinet, 17.5" Deep

The RCHS1901717LG1 is a 10U rack cabinet with solid side panels, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control systems, and small IT or network setups. It accepts standard 19-inch rack equipment and ships knocked down, which makes it easier to carry into constrained spaces and assemble on site.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat. The finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements. The cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin: CA), and is USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant.

Overall dimensions are 19.50 in x 21.00 in x 17.50 in (495 mm x 533 mm x 445 mm) with a shipping weight of 46 lbs (20.87 kg). Usable mounting space measures 17.50 in (445 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 16.25 in (413 mm) deep, with a 17.81 in (452 mm) front opening and 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting width. Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole rails are supplied, along with 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws as a starter pack.

Assembly is self-squaring and uses minimal hardware; the kit includes four punched combo rails, top and bottom panel assemblies, two side panels, two black plastic handles for lifting, and the required bolts, spring nuts and M6 screws. PVC non-marking feet protect finished floors. Optional doors, additional mounting rail pairs and caster kits are available for the series. RCHS1901717LG1 is not designed or intended to be wall mounted.
