Hammond RCHS1901717BK1 10U Solid-Side Knock-Down Rack Cabinet, 17.5in Deep

The RCHS1901717BK1 is a 10U rack cabinet with solid sides, built for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control panels, and small IT or lab equipment that needs a compact, floor-standing 19-inch mounting frame. It ships knocked down for easier handling, transport, and assembly in constrained spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in RAL9005 black textured powder coat. The finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA, and RoHS compliant, and the cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin: Canada). The self-squaring design allows quick assembly with minimal hardware, and the supplied kit includes the top panel assembly, bottom panel assembly, two side panels, four punched combo rails, two black plastic handles, and the 1/4-20 and M6 fastener sets shown on the drawing.

Overall dimensions are 19.50 in (495 mm) high x 21.00 in (533 mm) wide x 17.50 in (445 mm) deep, with a shipping weight of 46.01 lbs (20.87 kg). Usable mounting space is 17.50 in (445 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide, and 16.25 in (413 mm) deep — 10 rack units of equipment space.

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails accept standard 19-inch equipment, and a starter pack of 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws is included. Optional panels, doors (RCHD1917BK1 / RCHD1917LG1), additional rail pairs (RCHR1917), and caster kits let you configure RCHS1901717BK1 for the access and airflow your installation requires.
