Hammond RCHS1901431LG1 8U Solid-Side Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

RCHS1901431LG1 is an 8U rack cabinet with solid sides from the RCH knock-down series, built as a general-purpose home for 19-inch equipment in AV, test and measurement, and light IT installations. It ships unassembled for easier transport and handling, then goes together with minimal hardware thanks to a self-squaring design. The cabinet is finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, so it can support AV, lab and light IT loads. Overall dimensions are 16 in x 21 in x 31.5 in (406 mm x 533 mm x 800 mm), with a usable mounting area of 14.00 in (356 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 30.25 in (768 mm) deep. Shipping weight is 68 lbs (30.84 kg). The drawing shows a 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting width reference and a 17.81 in (452 mm) opening.

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole mounting rails (four punched combo rails) are supplied, along with a starter pack of 16 10-32 screws and clip nuts. Two black plastic lifting handles and PVC non-marking feet support mobility and surface protection. Optional panels, doors and an additional pair of RCHR1914 rails allow the configuration to be adapted; a caster kit is also available as an option.

RCHS1901431LG1 is manufactured in Canada and is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant, with ECCN EAR99 — useful for government and regulated procurement. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant for indoor air quality considerations. Note that this product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted.
