Hammond RCHD1914LG1 8U Solid Locking Door, Light Gray Steel

The RCHD1914LG1 is an 8U solid locking door finished in textured RAL 7035 light gray, made exclusively for use with the RCH cabinet series. It is intended for IT, AV and industrial users who need to close off an open wall-mount or swing-out rack enclosure to restrict access to patch panels, switches and other rack-mounted equipment.

The door is built from 16-gauge steel and finished in a rugged textured powder paint coat that matches RCH enclosures. It ships with an installed lock and two keys, and mounting hardware is included. Because the door and cabinet are symmetrical, the RCHD1914LG1 can be mounted with either a right-hand or left-hand hinge to suit the way the rack is installed and the space available for the door swing.

This size suits a cabinet panel height of 8U, or 14.00 in (356 mm). Per the product drawing, the door measures 18.88 in (479 mm) by 13.88 in (352 mm), with a 0.50 in (13 mm) profile shown in the top view. Shipping weight is 5.91 lbs (2.68 kg). The material is mild steel.
