Hammond RCHD1910LG1 6U Solid Locking Door, Light Gray Steel

The RCHD1910LG1 is a 6U solid locking front door finished in textured RAL 7035 light gray, made exclusively for use with the RCH cabinet series. It suits IT, AV and facilities teams that need to close off and secure a wall-mount or small equipment cabinet housing patch panels, switches, media converters or control gear, while keeping the enclosure visually consistent with the rest of the installation.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with a rugged textured powder paint coat that matches RCH enclosures. The RAL 7035 light gray finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the same door is also offered in textured black as RCHD1910BK1 for installations that call for a darker finish.

This size is intended for RCH cabinets with a 6U panel height of 10.50 in (267 mm). Overall door dimensions from the drawing are 18.88 in (479 mm) wide by 10.38 in (264 mm) high. Shipping weight is 5 lbs (2.27 kg). Mounting hardware is included, along with an installed lock and two keys, and the door mounts with either a right- or left-hand hinge because the door and cabinet are symmetrical — useful when wall space or door swing direction is restricted.

RCHD1910LG1 is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, USMCA compliant, and manufactured in North America (country of origin CA). If additional rack rails are needed for the matching cabinet size, the series lists RCHR1910 as the additional pair of mounting rails. If vented doors are required instead, the SDC series offers optional vented doors.
