Hammond RCHD1908LG1 5U Solid Locking Door, Light Gray Steel

The RCHD1908LG1 is a solid locking front door sized for 5U of cabinet panel height (8.75 in / 222 mm), made exclusively for use with the Hammond RCH cabinet series. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams that need to close off and secure a small wall-mount or compact cabinet after the equipment and mounting rails are in place, while keeping a clean, finished appearance in occupied spaces.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel, finished in a rugged textured RAL 7035 light gray powder paint coat that matches RCH enclosures. A matching black version (RCHD1908BK1) is also offered in the RCHD series. The door and cabinet are symmetrical, so RCHD1908LG1 can be mounted with either a right-hand or left-hand hinge to suit the room layout and door swing you need.

Each door ships with an installed lock and two keys for basic access control, plus the mounting hardware required to hang it. Per the part drawing, the door measures 18.88 in (479 mm) wide by 8.62 in (219 mm) high, with four 0.22 in (6 mm) holes and four 0.19 in (5 mm) diameter holes for mounting. Shipping weight is 4.5 lbs (2.04 kg).
