Hammond RCBS1901413BK1 8U Desktop Rack Cabinet, 13 in Deep, Black

The RCBS1901413BK1 is an 8U enclosed desktop rack cabinet built for AV integrators, studio and control room techs, test and measurement engineers, and lab teams who need to mount standard 19-inch equipment on a bench or workstation rather than in a floor-standing rack. It is a compact, fully enclosed case with top, bottom and side panels that shield installed gear.

Construction is 16-gauge welded mild steel rated for a 600 lb load, finished in RAL9005 black textured powder coat. The finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements. Two black plastic handles are integrated for carrying the cabinet between workstations, and four plug bumpers (non-marking rubber feet) provide stable desktop placement.

Overall dimensions are 16.00 in high x 21.00 in wide x 13.00 in deep (406 x 533 x 330 mm), with 14.00 in (356 mm) of usable mounting height across 8 rack units and 12.38 in (314 mm) of usable mounting depth. Mounting rails are fixed-depth and EIA-310 compliant with round holes for 10-32 clip nuts, and the rails are recessed at the front and rear to improve equipment clearance. RCBS1901413BK1 ships with a starter pack (CLPKIT1032-10) of 10-32 clip nuts and a matching quantity of 1421ABK black screws, so basic installation hardware is on hand.

The cabinet is manufactured in Canada, TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant, REACH and RoHS compliant, and classified EAR99 for export.
