Hammond RCBS1901013LG1 6U Desktop Rack Cabinet, 13 in Deep, Light Gray

The RCBS1901013LG1 is a 6U enclosed desktop rack cabinet finished in RAL7035 light gray, built for mounting 19-inch rack equipment in AV, studio, test and measurement, and lab environments. It suits integrators, broadcast and control room technicians, and OEM engineers who need equipment protected on a bench or workstation rather than in a floor-standing cabinet.

Construction is 16-gauge welded steel (mild steel) with a fully enclosed design: a one-piece top and sides assembly over a bottom pan, so equipment is shielded on the top, bottom and both sides. Two black plastic handles are fitted for carrying between workstations, and four plug bumpers act as non-marking rubber feet for stable desktop placement. The textured powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Overall size is 12.50 in (318 mm) high x 21.00 in (533 mm) wide x 13.00 in (330 mm) deep, with 6U of usable mounting height at 10.50 in (267 mm) and usable mounting depth listed as 12.38 in (314 mm) — the drawing shows 12.26 in (311 mm) usable depth. The front opening measures 17.81 in (452 mm) with 18.35 in (466 mm) between 19-inch mounting centres. The series carries a 600 lb load rating and the cabinet ships at 20.94 lbs (9.50 kg).

Mounting rails are fixed-depth and EIA-310 compliant with 0.28 in (7 mm) round holes for 10-32 clip nuts, and the rails are recessed at the front and rear to improve equipment clearance. RCBS1901013LG1 is shipped with a starter pack (CLPKIT1032-10) of 10-32 clip nuts and a matching quantity of 1421ABK black screws. Made in Canada, it is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant.
