Hammond RASV190110BK1 1U 10 in Deep Vented Rack Shelf, 42 lb Load

The RASV190110BK1 is a 1U fixed, vented rack shelf built to support non-rackmount equipment in standard 19-inch racks and cabinets. It suits IT rooms, AV and broadcast racks, network and telecom closets, industrial control panels and lab benches where amplifiers, media devices, small servers, UPS units or peripherals need a solid support surface inside the rack.

Construction is mild steel with a black powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. The shelf platform is vented with 0.24 in x 1.50 in slots to help air move around the equipment it carries, and a stiffener lip folded up at the back adds rigidity to the 16-gauge pan.

Mounting dimensions are 1.75 in (44 mm) high, 19.30 in (490 mm) wide and 10.00 in (254 mm) deep, occupying 1U of rack height; the nominal product size is listed as 1.75 in x 17.5 in x 10 in (44 mm x 445 mm x 254 mm), with an overall front-view width of 19.01 in (483 mm) on the drawing. Suggested load capacity is 42 lbs (19 kg), and the drawing notes a maximum weight of 40 lb. Hammond notes this product was tested to double the suggested load rating.
