PWS7102A115N4SS is the 115 V air/water heat exchanger in the SS variant of the PWS 7102 size, part of the PWS 7000 series. It is built for engineers and maintenance teams who have a water or coolant supply available and need to cool a sealed enclosure in hot, harsh or wash-down environments.

At an enclosure temperature of +95 °F (+35 °C) with +50 °F (+10 °C) water, the PWS 7102 provides 3242 BTU/h (950 W) of cooling. It needs a flow of 53 GPH (400 L/h) at rated capacity, operates between 14.5 and 145 PSI (1 to 10 bar), and moves 153 CFM of air. The supplied coolant must be at least 10 °C colder than the inlet air.

  • Coolants: chilled water/glycol, tower water and other circulated coolants
  • Control: integrated thermostat and solenoid valve with alarm contact, adjustable +46 to +122 °F (+8 to +50 °C), factory set +95 °F (+35 °C)
  • Heat exchanger: rugged 10 bar copper tube / aluminum fin with 1/2" barb connection
  • Electrical: 115 V, 60 Hz, 95 W, 0.8 A, terminal block
  • Ambient air: +36 to +158 °F (+2 to +70 °C)

The unit measures 19.68 in (500 mm) H x 7.88 in (200 mm) W x 5.55 in (141 mm) D and supports side, door or internal mounting using the supplied PWS 7102/7062 drilling template. The PWS 7000 series lists UL, cUL and CE standards and compliance with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X. The PWS7102A115N4SS ships at 16 lbs (7.26 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant.

Ideal For

  • Sealed enclosures in frequent wash-down areas
  • Cooling with plant chilled water or tower water
  • Electrical panels in high ambient temperature zones
