The PWS7332A115N4LG is the high-capacity, 115 V model of the PWS 7000 air/water heat exchanger series, listed at 10750 BTU/H, NEMA 3R/4 and light gray. It is aimed at plant engineers and panel builders cooling larger or heavily loaded enclosures with water where ambient air is hot, contaminated or subject to frequent wash-down.
Rated cooling capacity for the PWS 7332 is 10748 BTU/h (3140 W) with the enclosure at +95 °F (+35 °C) and water at +50 °F (+10 °C). It moves 441 CFM (820 m³/h) of enclosure air, needs 53 GPH (400 L/h) of coolant at rated capacity, and operates from 14.5 to 145 PSI (1 to 10 bar). Chilled water/glycol, tower water and other circulated coolants are compatible, provided the coolant is at least 10 °C colder than the inlet air.
At 115 V, 60 Hz the unit consumes 453 W and draws 3.8 A, connected at a terminal block. The integrated thermostat and solenoid valve with alarm contact control temperature automatically between +46 and +122 °F (+8 and +50 °C), factory set at +95 °F (+35 °C). The core is a rugged 10 bar copper tube / aluminum fin heat exchanger with 1/2" barb connections inside a galvanized steel case finished RAL7035 light gray.
The PWS7332A115N4LG measures 37.40 in (950 mm) high, 15.75 in (400 mm) wide and 7.56 in (192 mm) deep, and supports side, door or internal mounting with the supplied PWS 7332/7152 drilling template. Series standards are UL, cUL and CE. It ships at 60 lbs (27.22 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
