Hammond PWS3502A230N4LG 6300W 230V Air/Water Heat Exchanger, Light Gray

The PWS3502A230N4LG is a PWS 3000 Series air/water heat exchanger that removes heat from a sealed enclosure by transferring it to a water source, delivering 21496 BTU/h (6300 W) of cooling with the enclosure at +95F (+35C) and water at +50F (+10C). It works with chilled water/glycol, tower water and other circulated coolants. It is designed for panel builders and plant engineers cooling enclosures where ambient conditions involve high temperatures or harsh conditions, and this light gray version carries a Type 3R/4 rating.

The exterior case is galvanized steel finished in RAL7035 Light Gray, and the manufacturer describes this model as a Type 3R/4 unit. Inside, a rugged copper tube / aluminum fin heat exchanger rated for 10 bar connects to the coolant loop through 1/2" barb fittings. An integrated thermostat and solenoid valve with alarm contact provide automatic temperature control; the control range is adjustable from +45 to +113 F (+10 to +50 C), with a factory setting of +95F (+35C). The design is low noise and maintenance-free.
