Hammond PVSS19001LG2 1U Slotted Steel Vented Rack Panel, Light Gray

The PVSS19001LG2 is a 1U slotted steel vented rack panel built to cover unused space in a standard 19 in rack while still letting air pass through. It suits IT and AV integrators, data centre technicians and facilities teams who need to close off open rack gaps for a tidy, organised front without blocking ventilation to active equipment.

The panel is made from 14-gauge mild steel and finished in a smooth RAL 7035 light gray semi-gloss powder coat, with a matching RAL 9005 black matte version also offered in the PVSS Series. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the part is manufactured in North America within an ISO 9001 certified facility. The panel is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant.

Ventilation comes from a 0.25 in x 1.0 in slot pattern that provides approximately 29% airflow, more than a standard perforated panel, and gives some visibility of cabling behind the panel. Overall width is 19.00 in (483 mm) per the drawing, with a panel height of 1.72 in (44 mm) covering 1U of usable mounting height at 1.75 in (44 mm). The series ordering table lists 9.70 in (246 mm) of open space for this 1U size. Shipping weight is 0.4 lbs (0.18 kg).

Four 0.250 x 0.375 in (6 mm x 10 mm) mounting slots let PVSS19001LG2 install on standard EIA-compliant 19 in rack rails. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws separately to match your rail threading.
