Hammond PMB6687KIT1 87 mm Small Clamp 7" Pole Mount Kit, 66

The PMB6687KIT1 is a stainless steel pole mount kit for fixing select Hammond enclosures to a pole. This is the 66–87 mm kit fitted with the small clamp (HCLAMP1), covering poles from 1.5 in to 7 in (3.8 cm to 17.8 cm) in diameter. It suits integrators and OEM engineers mounting 1554, 1555, 1555F, 1590Z or 1590ZGRP enclosures on masts and posts, and the drawing notes it can also be mounted to square or rectangular shapes.

Each purchased kit includes 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware, with all parts made from stainless steel. Because one kit serves several enclosure families, it ships with multiple hardware packs: M4-0.7 x 20mm screws for the 1554/1555 and 1555F enclosures (replacement pack SCPMB1-20) and M6-1.0 x 25mm screws for the listed 1590Z and 1590ZGRP models (replacement pack SCPMB2-20). Select the hardware that fits through the base holes of your box.

Listed enclosures are the non-flanged 1554/55H, HL, L, LA, N, P, T and U; flanged 1555EF, 1555HF, 1555LF and 1555NF; 1590Z119, 1590Z150, 1590Z155 and 1590Z164; and 1590ZGRP121 and 1590ZGRP123.

For M4 hardware use a 3 mm hex key and 7 mm nut drive; for M6 hardware use a 5 mm hex key and 10 mm nut drive, torquing to 150 cN.m (13.5 lbf.in). Wrap the clamps around the pole, thread them back through the bracket, and tighten with a 5/16 in (8 mm) nut drive while holding the enclosure in place. The PMB6687KIT1 bracket measures 118.00 mm [4.65 in] overall on the drawing, the kit ships in a bag at 0.9 lbs (0.41 kg), and it is RoHS and REACH compliant.
