Hammond PMB180200KIT2 200 mm Large Clamp 15" Pole Mount Kit, 180

PMB180200KIT2 combines the long 180–200 mm stainless steel brackets with the large clamp (HCLAMP2) for poles from 1.5 in to 15 in (3.8 cm to 38.1 cm) in diameter. It is aimed at mounting the listed X and Y size 1554/1555 enclosures and the listed 1590Z and 1590ZGRP enclosures on wide poles, masts or columns, and the drawing notes it can also be mounted to square or rectangular shapes.

The kit is supplied with 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware, all stainless steel. Two screw sizes are covered by the included hardware packs: M4-0.7 x 20mm for the 1554/55X, XA, Y and YA (replacement SCPMB1-20: 20 SHCS and 20 M4-0.7 serrated flange lock nuts) and M6-1.0 x 40mm for the listed 1590Z and 1590ZGRP enclosures (replacement SCPMB3-20: 20 M6-1 x 40mm SHCS and 20 M6-1.0 serrated flange lock nuts).

Listed 1590-family enclosures are the 1590Z231 and 1590Z235, plus 1590ZGRP233, 1590ZGRP234, 1590ZGRP235, 1590ZGRP243, 1590ZGRP244, 1590ZGRP263 and 1590ZGRP264.

Installation: M4 hardware uses a 3 mm hex key and 7 mm nut drive; M6 hardware uses a 5 mm hex key and 10 mm nut drive; torque to 150 cN.m (13.5 lbf.in), within the drawing's recommended 11.5–13.5 lbf-in (130–150 cN-m). Thread the clamps through the bracket slots, wrap them around the pole and tighten with a 5/16 in (8 mm) nut drive while holding the enclosure against the pole.

The bracket is 227.00 mm [8.94 in] overall on the drawing. PMB180200KIT2 ships in a bag at 1.66 lbs (0.75 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The 7 in small-clamp version is PMB180200KIT1.
