The PMB4045KIT1 is a stainless steel pole mount kit that lets you fix a compatible Hammond enclosure securely to a pole. It is the 40-45mm kit with the small clamp, rated for poles up to 7" (178 mm) in diameter, and is intended for installers mounting control, sensor or communications enclosures on posts and masts.
The kit is designed for the flanged 1555BF and 1555CF enclosures and the 1590ZGRP081, 1590ZGRP082, 1590ZGRP083, 1590ZGRP084 and 1590ZGRP131 enclosures, all of which use M4-0.7 x 20mm screws. Each kit includes 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware, and all parts are made from stainless steel.

- Bracket drawing dimensions: 74.50 mm [2.93 in] long, 46.99 mm [1.85 in] wide, 43.38 mm [1.71 in] high
Brackets are installed with a 3mm hex key and 7mm nut drive for M4 hardware, torqued to 11.5-13.5 lbf-in (130-150 cN-m). To fit to the pole, thread each clamp through the desired bracket slot, wrap it around the pole, thread it back through the bracket and, while holding the enclosure against the pole, tighten with a 5/16in (8mm) nut drive.
Replacement hardware is available as SCPMB1-20 and replacement small clamps as HCLAMP1. For poles up to 15", choose the PMB4045KIT2.
