Hammond PMB180200KIT1 200 mm Small Clamp 7" Pole Mount Kit, 180

The PMB180200KIT1 is the 180–200 mm stainless steel pole mount kit with the small clamp (HCLAMP1). It secures the listed X and Y size 1554/1555 enclosures and the listed 1590Z and 1590ZGRP enclosures to poles between 1.5 in and 7 in (3.8 cm to 17.8 cm) in diameter, and the drawing notes it can also be mounted to square or rectangular shapes.

The kit includes 2 brackets, 2 clamps and hardware, all made from stainless steel, with multiple hardware packs so the right screws are on hand. The non-flanged 1554/55X, XA, Y and YA use M4-0.7 x 20mm screws (replacement SCPMB1-20, with M4-0.7 serrated flange lock nuts). The 1590Z231 and 1590Z235, and 1590ZGRP233, 234, 235, 243, 244, 263 and 264, use M6-1.0 x 40mm screws (replacement SCPMB3-20, with M6-1.0 serrated flange lock nuts). Choose hardware that fits through the base holes in your box.

• M4 hardware: 3 mm hex key and 7 mm nut drive
• M6 hardware: 5 mm hex key and 10 mm nut drive
• Torque: 150 cN.m (13.5 lbf.in); recommended 11.5–13.5 lbf-in (130–150 cN-m)

Once the brackets are on, wrap the clamps around the pole, thread them back through the bracket and tighten them with a 5/16 in (8 mm) nut drive while holding the enclosure against the pole.

The PMB180200KIT1 bracket measures 227.00 mm [8.94 in] overall on the drawing. It ships in a bag at 1.53 lbs (0.69 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant; for poles up to 15 in use PMB180200KIT2.
