Hammond PJW363014L3PT 36x30x14 Type 4X Enclosure, 3-Point Handle

The PJW363014L3PT is the 3-point handle version of the 36.25 x 30.25 x 14.13 in (921 x 768 x 359 mm) Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure. The deeper 14.13 in body suits control panels with taller components, and the enclosure is designed for instrument housings, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic controls, junction boxes and terminal wiring in hose-down, wet, hot or highly corrosive locations.

The box and cover are gel-coat, fiberglass and resin with a nominal 0.19 in (4.8 mm) wall and a gray finish carrying enhanced UV inhibitors. A continuous 316 stainless steel piano hinge supports the cover, and a 316 stainless steel 3-point latch with padlock provision pulls it closed against an EPDM gasket. The material is easily punched, cut or drilled.

The matching optional inner panel is 18P3327 at 33.00 x 27.00 in (838 x 686 mm), mounted on 3/8 collar studs with the hardware included: six sets of standard PVC spacer, SS 3/8-16x2 threaded rod, SS 3/8 internal teeth locking washer, SS 3/8 flat washer and SS 3/8-16 hex head nut. The drawing also references optional painted carbon steel back panel P3630CS, 0.105 in (2.7 mm) thick. Mount it to the wall with the integrated flange.
