Hammond PJU664CCLF 6x6x4 Clear Cover Type 4X Box, Flange Mount

For small installations that call for a see-through door and flange mounting, the PJU664CCLF pairs a clear polycarbonate cover with two glued polycarbonate mounting flanges on a 6.05 x 6.27 x 4.13 in (154 x 159 x 105 mm) fiberglass polyester box. It is part of the PJU Series used for instrument enclosures, control housings, junction boxes and terminal wiring.

The series is rated UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, for hose-down, very wet, high-temperature or highly corrosive conditions. The body is compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors and a 0.13 in (3.30 mm) wall, and it is easily punched, cut or drilled.

Inside, four #10-32 brass inserts and plated carbon steel screws accept the optional 14R0505 inner panel, 4.88 x 4.88 in (124 x 124 mm), with back panel thicknesses of 0.100 in aluminum, 0.075 in white steel and galvannealed, or 0.125 in fiberglass. The flanges fasten to #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws. Operating temperature is 130°C to -40°C, impact index 6.78 J (5 ft/lb), shipping weight 6 lbs (2.72 kg), and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant.
