The PJU201610LW is a 20 x 16 x 10 in Type 4X polyester enclosure with a hinged, windowed door that closes on two stainless steel lockable snap latches. It is built for applications where operators or technicians open the enclosure often: instrument housings, terminal wiring boxes and electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control housings in wet, hot or corrosive areas.
The compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester box and cover are finished in light gray and include enhanced UV inhibitors. The door swings on a continuous stainless steel hinge pin, the window is polycarbonate, and a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket seals the cover. Entries can be punched, cut or drilled on site.
Enclosure dimensions are 20.50 in H x 16.27 in W x 10.13 in D (521 x 413 x 257 mm). The optional P2068 inner panel, 18.44 x 14.44 in, attaches to four #10-32 brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws, with 0.100 in aluminum, 0.075 in white steel and galvannealed, and 0.125 in fiberglass panel thicknesses shown.
Four polycarbonate feet screw into rear brass inserts with stainless steel screws; the drawing shows 21.50 in overall height, 20.53 in vertical hole spacing and 0.31 in holes. The PJU201610LW is UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, IEC 60529 IP66, and operates from -40°C to 130°C.
