The PJ16148RLW is a 16 x 14 x 8 PJ series enclosure with a raised window cover. At 16.27 x 14.40 x 8.13 in (413 x 366 x 207 mm), it offers generous depth for control and instrument equipment, while the bonded polycarbonate window keeps displays and indicators in view without opening the enclosure.
The PJ series targets instrument enclosures, junction boxes, terminal wiring enclosures and electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control housings in places that are hosed down, very wet, hot or highly corrosive. Box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors, and the enclosure is easily punched, cut or drilled for entries.

- Closed cell neoprene gasket and stainless steel hinge
- (2) stainless steel lockable snap latches, with padlock provision
- Four #10-32 brass inserts and plated carbon steel screws for the optional 14R1513 inner panel (14.75 x 12.88 in)
- Four stainless steel mounting feet on #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws; .34 in (8.74 mm) foot holes
The enclosure is rated for operation from 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F) and has an impact index of 6.78 J (5 ft/lb). It carries the series UL 508A Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and cUL (CSA 22.2 No. 94) ratings and complies with NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66. The PJ16148RLW is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships at 14 lbs (6.35 kg).
