The PJ12124HW is a shallow, square Type 4X enclosure from the PJ Series, combining a hinged screw cover with a polycarbonate viewing window. Its 4 in class depth makes it a fit for terminal wiring, junction work and slim instrument housings that must remain visible and sealed.
Box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors. The cover rides on a 316 stainless steel hinge and is secured by two 316 stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-ring in #10-32 brass inserts. A FIP polyurethane gasket seals the joint, and the drawing gives a wall thickness of 0.13 in (3.30 mm).
