PJ12106W is the lift-off cover version of the 12 x 10 x 6 PJ Series window enclosure. With no hinge, the fiberglass polyester cover comes fully off for wiring, which suits junction boxes and terminal enclosures that are opened occasionally but monitored often through the polycarbonate window.
The drawing shows four #10-32 brass inserts with 316 stainless steel captive cover screws, each with a retaining O-ring so the screws stay with the cover. Sealing comes from a FIP polyurethane gasket. Box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, with UV inhibitors, and the wall thickness is 0.14 in (3.55 mm).
Dimensions are 12.13 in H x 10.26 in W x 6.13 in D (308 x 261 x 156 mm), and the unit ships at 7 lbs (3.18 kg).
