Hammond PJ12106P20 20-Hole 30.5mm Lift Off Cover Pushbutton Enclosure

The PJ12106P20 is a lift off cover pushbutton enclosure with twenty 30.5mm holes in a 12.13 x 10.26 x 6.13 in fiberglass polyester body. From the PJPBLC Series, it gives OEMs and panel builders a large, non-metallic operator station for locations where equipment may be hosed down or be very wet, or where temperatures run high or conditions are highly corrosive.

The box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester with a gray finish, easily punched, cut, or drilled. The cover is held by four captive stainless steel screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 threaded brass inserts, and a captive oil resistant gasket (closed cell neoprene per the drawing) provides a positive seal. Enhanced UV inhibitors protect it against outdoor weathering.

Dimensions are 12.13 in H x 10.26 in W x 6.13 in D (308 mm x 261 mm x 156 mm), with a long description size of 13.076 x 11.201 x 6.125; shipping weight is 7 lbs (3.18 kg). Stainless steel mounting feet and hardware are provided for rear mounting. The optional 14R1109 inner panel, 10.75 in x 8.88 in, mounts on internal threaded brass inserts that also accept a terminal kit. A hinged cover version is PJ12106HP20.

The series is listed to UL 508A and CSA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and complies with NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529, IP66. It carries an operating range of 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F) and an impact index of 6.78J (5 ft/lb), and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
