Hammond PHW241210 24x12x10 Narrow Fiberglass Type 4X Enclosure

The PHW241210 is a narrow, 24 x 12 x 10 in nominal Type 4X polyester wallmount enclosure. With a 13.72 in overall width, it is the slimmest footprint in the PHW Series, useful where wall space is limited but height and depth are needed for electrical, electronic, instrumentation or mechanical controls indoors or outdoors.

Compression molded from fiberglass reinforced polyester and finished in light gray, the enclosure is intended where corrosion resistant, watertight housings must protect against windblown dust and rain, splashing and hose directed water. A continuous hinge carries the door and stainless steel butterfly type twist latches hold it shut against a memory retaining continuous gasket. Hardware is stainless steel, and a padlocking provision is included.

Overall the PHW241210 measures 26.95 in H x 13.72 in W x 11.99 in D (685 x 348 x 305 mm) and ships at 25 lbs (11.34 kg). Its optional inner panel is 18P2109, a 21.00 x 9.00 in (533 x 229 mm) panel that attaches to molded in panel mounting inserts.
