Hammond PCJR0505 4.81 in Square White Steel Inner Panel, Fits 6x6

The PCJR0505 is a white-finished steel inner (back) panel for PCJ series enclosures, described by the manufacturer as "Panel 4.8x4.8 Fits 6x6 Steel/White". It gives panel builders, OEM engineers and electricians a flat metal sub-panel for mounting components inside a 6x6 PCJ enclosure.

Per the PCJP series specification, steel panels are 14 gauge and finished in white. The part drawing shows a thickness of 0.07 in.

The ordering table lists the panel at 4.81 in (122 mm) long by 4.81 in (122 mm) wide, matched to a PCJ enclosure with an A dimension of 5.93 in (151 mm) and a B dimension of 6.16 in (156 mm). The drawing (dated Feb 12, 2020) shows four 0.25 in diameter holes on 4.25 x 4.25 in centres. The smallest steel size in the PCJP table, this square 4.81 x 4.81 in panel fits the 6x6 enclosure; the long description rounds it to 4.8 x 4.8 in.

Panel mounting hardware is included with PCJ series enclosures rather than with the panel. For the same enclosure the PCJP table also lists PCJA0505 in unpainted 0.080 in aluminum and 14PVC0505 in 0.188 in dark gray PVC. The PCJR0505 is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships at 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg), packed in a bag.
