Hammond PCJR0808 6.75 x 6.88 in White Steel Inner Panel, Fits 8x8

The PCJR0808 is a white-finished steel inner (back) panel for PCJ series enclosures, described by the manufacturer as "Panel 6.8x6.9 Fits 8x8 Steel/White". It gives panel builders, OEM engineers and electricians a flat metal sub-panel for mounting components inside a 8x8 PCJ enclosure.

Per the PCJP series specification, steel panels are 14 gauge and finished in white. The part drawing shows a thickness of 0.07 in.

The ordering table lists the panel at 6.75 in (171 mm) long by 6.88 in (175 mm) wide, matched to a PCJ enclosure with an A dimension of 7.94 in (202 mm) and a B dimension of 8.15 in (207 mm). The drawing (dated Feb 12, 2020) shows four 0.25 in diameter holes on 6.25 x 6.25 in centres. For the 8x8 enclosure the panel measures 6.75 x 6.88 in, described as 6.8 x 6.9 in, and ships at 1.13 lbs.

Panel mounting hardware is included with PCJ series enclosures rather than with the panel. For the same enclosure the PCJP table also lists PCJA0808 in unpainted 0.080 in aluminum and 14PVC0707 in 0.188 in dark gray PVC. The PCJR0808 is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships at 1.13 lbs (0.51 kg), packed in a bag.
