Hammond PCJA1109 10.75 x 8.88 in Aluminum Inner Panel, 12x10 Enclosure

The PCJA1109 is a unpainted aluminum inner (back) panel for PCJ series enclosures, described by the manufacturer as "Panel10.9X8.9 Fits 12X10 Alum". It gives panel builders, OEM engineers and electricians a flat metal sub-panel for mounting components inside a 12x10 PCJ enclosure.

Per the PCJP series specification, aluminum panels are 0.080 in thick type 5052 H-32 aluminum and are left unpainted. The part drawing shows the 0.08 in thickness.

The ordering table lists the panel at 10.75 in (273 mm) long by 8.88 in (226 mm) wide, matched to a PCJ enclosure with an A dimension of 11.92 in (303 mm) and a B dimension of 10.15 in (258 mm). The drawing (dated Feb 12, 2020) shows four 0.25 in diameter holes on 10.25 x 8.25 in centres. Sized for the 12x10 enclosure, the panel measures 10.75 x 8.88 in, described on the part page as 10.9 x 8.9 in.

Panel mounting hardware is included with PCJ series enclosures rather than with the panel. For the same enclosure the PCJP table also lists PCJR1109 in 14 gauge white steel and 14PVC1109 in 0.188 in dark gray PVC. The PCJA1109 is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships at 1 lbs (0.45 kg), packed in a bag.
