Hammond PCJA1111 10.75 x 10.88 in Aluminum Inner Panel, 12x12 Enclosure

The PCJA1111 is a unpainted aluminum inner (back) panel for PCJ series enclosures, described by the manufacturer as "Panel11X11 Fits12X12 Alum". It gives panel builders, OEM engineers and electricians a flat metal sub-panel for mounting components inside a 12x12 PCJ enclosure.

Per the PCJP series specification, aluminum panels are 0.080 in thick type 5052 H-32 aluminum and are left unpainted. The part drawing shows the 0.08 in thickness.

The ordering table lists the panel at 10.75 in (273 mm) long by 10.88 in (276 mm) wide, matched to a PCJ enclosure with an A dimension of 11.92 in (303 mm) and a B dimension of 12.16 in (309 mm). The drawing (dated Mar 2, 2021) shows four 0.25 in diameter holes on 10.19 x 10.06 in centres. The ordering table lists the 12x12 panel at 10.75 x 10.88 in; the part page describes it as 11 x 11 in, and the drawing (dated Mar 2, 2021) shows a width of 10.75 in.

Panel mounting hardware is included with PCJ series enclosures rather than with the panel. For the same enclosure the PCJP table also lists PCJR1111 in 14 gauge white steel and 14PVC1111 in 0.188 in dark gray PVC. The PCJA1111 is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships at 1 lbs (0.45 kg), packed in a bag.
